Room for working male that doesn’t smoke
Furnished room of 12m2 with electric roller shutter in calm neigbourhood close to supermarket (400m) and forest (national park Veluwe 1km). The room has a small kitchen with fridge, freezer, sink with warm and cold water, microwave, oven and some more kitchen equipment.
These facilities will all be in the lockable room for own use and don’t have to be shared.

The bathroom and the two toilets are recently renovated. And because there are multiple toilets you don’t have to wait.
Smoking, using drugs, hosting a party or loud musik are all stricktly forbidden.

The room is in Rheden and is 565 p/m, in the price is included: heating, water, electricity, good wifi (1000mb/s from KPN) and a weekly cleaner for cleaning the shared spaces. Also use of the two washings machines, the two dryers and the vacuum cleaner is included.

Preference for someone with a fulltime job of 25 years old or older.
The house is environment friendly and has a Label A because of isolation and solarpanels. Garbage is separated in: Glas, Plastic, Paper, Green and Grey (rest).
