About the place

Hello,

I am looking for a new roommate for a big apartment in Ravenstein. The apartment is located in the city center on the main street "Landpoortstraat" on the first floor. There is also a huge balcony with a great view. We both share the whole apartment except our individual rooms, therefore I am looking for somebody who is able to treat this place like their own. You will become the second party in the rent contract so you will have the same freedoms and responsibilities as I have.

The train station is 7min away by bike and the grocery store 5min. The city is also directly connected to the A50 which is 2min by car.

The room was orignally the living room and is around 23m² big with two windows but no furniture. The kitchen and bathroom are in seperate rooms on the same floor. There is a big storage room and a big hobby room in the attic. On the ground floor is the entrance and the washing machine.

The rent will be max 1000€ with everything included. The total rent will be calculated at the end of November due to the yearly rent increase and the yearly report of utility costs with their adjustments for the next year. The building is a "Rijksmonument" and is very old therefore it has bad isolation and we spend more money on heating than usual.

About me:
I am 35 years old and was born in Berlin, Germany. I like tech stuff and video games, doing sports and cooking. I am always up for a nice conversation about anything.

About you:
You should be between 27 and 40 years old, working, reliable and clean.

We will have a little interview to be able to get to know each other during the viewing or online. 

I will need proof of income (work contract, salary report)
and the landlord wants to get to know you before we are able to finalize the contract.
