Well maintained and spacious house situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Purmerend. This neighbourhood is called ‘Purmer-Noord’. The house is located near the de bus station, where you can be in Amsterdam City Center within 30 minutes with an easy connection.

Your room is the master bedroom of the house and is fully furnished and equipped with all comforts. A luxurious double bed including mattress and bed linen, a two-seater sofa, a TV, and an (open) wardrobe.

The living room is fully equipped with underfloor heating and gives access to the backyard. The backyard is located on the sunny southwest, like your room and the living room as well. Which is nice because there will be a lot of incidence of light in the rooms.

The spacious maintenance-free garden of approx. 40m2 has a lovely sun terrace with a lounge sofa. Also equipped with a luxurious wood-fired 5-person hot tub.

Neat open kitchen with kitchen equipment with induction cooking, combi oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. On the second floor there is an attic that can be reached via a loft ladder.

The house is located on a car-free street, but there is always enough parking space near the house.

Within cycling distance of the Purmer forest, Edam and Volendam.

Car at your disposal? From this central location you wil be able to drive to cities as Hoorn, Amsterdam, Zaandam or Alkmaar within 30 minutes. Either within 45 minutes you can even reach Almere, Zandvoort, Haarlem or Schiphol Airport.

Stores:
10 minutes walk from the house you’ll find the Gildesquare (Gildeplein) shopping center with all daily needs such as supermarkets, bakery, butcher, drugstore, fresh fish shop and more. There is also a (fresh) market here once a week on Fridays.
