About the place

The apartment is located in the center of Purmerend, just 29 minutes with the bus & metro to/from Amsterdam (Central). 
The apartment is on the first and second floor above a store. You have to go through the store to enter the apartment. 
During the weekdays you'll share the apartment with just me, an easy going, social, communicative and happy (young) man of 39, working as an independent entrepreneur, as a dog trainer and (life) coach. And every weekend and half of the holidays my 2 fantastic daughters aged 8 & 11 are with me. Due to surgery when I was a kid I've got chronical back pain. I can only work like max 20 hours a week and I work partly from home, So I'm quite a lot at home. 
And you'll be living with Ghost, a sweet, happy and obedient 4-year-old Swiss White Shepherd. So you must like children and dogs!  😀

In the bedroom there is already a double bed, a cupboard (the low cupboard on the right) and an open closet (the white one on the left, is optional). Everything else is present in the house, tv, washing machine, dryer, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, oven/microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, etc.

- Unfortunately it's not possible to register at this adress. But is possible to use it as post/mail adress.
 - Right in the center of Purmerend! The bus station (Tramplein) is a 2-minute walk away
By bus & metro it's just 29 minutes to Amsterdam (Central), Train station Purmerend is a 12-minute walk away (4 minutes by bike), Albert Heijn is a 3-minute walk and Jumbo is a 4-minute walk, and "de Koemarkt", with cafes, restaurants and terraces, is a 4-minute walk away.
 - The living room, kitchen, 1 toilet and the roof terrace are on the 1st floor.
 - The 2 bedrooms and bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) are on the 2nd floor. The bedrooms are separated by the bathroom.
 - The rental price includes gas & electricity, WiFi, Netflix, NPO+ and a cleaning lady once a week.
-  I smoke (medical) weed, so it's allowed to smoke in the apartment. 

I think it's nice to (sometimes) have lunch or dinner together, but if you don't feel like it, that's fine too.  So it's up to you to what extent you "roll along" in the household.  As long as we keep it a bit cozy, tidy and clean together.
