About the place

I have a spacious room available (attic). This room is furnished, see photos!

The room is available from March 1, 2026. We can schedule a viewing this month.

The shared facilities include the shower/bath/toilet, kitchen, and garden. We will both use these, so it's important that we keep them clean together.

I am a single man, 40 years old, and have two children, aged 6 and 16. I have my youngest five days in the 2 weeks. I work full-time and i'm not always at home. When I am, I'm with my kids; otherwise, I prefer to be on my own.

I am looking for a quiet and respectful tenant and someone who keeps their room clean.
