About the place

I have a spacious room available (attic). This room is furnished!! See pictures. The room is availeble begin March.

The shared facilities are the shower/bathroom, toilet, kitchen and garden.

I am a single man of 39 years old and have 2 children. They are 5 and 15 years old. I have my youngest 5 days in 2 weeks. I work full time and am not always at home. If i'm home i am with my kids otherwise i like to chill on my own.

I am looking for a calm and respectful tenant.
