we have 1 room available at the ridderspoorlaan in Oegstgeest/Leiden. The apartment has 4 fully furnished rooms with a common kitchen and bathroom. Daily necessities such as bed linen, towels, cookware, cups, plates and cutlery are present. The room has a bed, desk, desk chair and cupboard. No smoking and no pets policy, Wifi is present, the commen room have a dining table, couch and a television.
registration at the City Hall is possible and a washing machine is present. The room isn’t eligible for the Dutch housing subsidy. preference for non-smoking FEMALE STUDENT, >21years. 
the room free room is room 3. the rent is €769 per month. the deposit is twice the rent. Renting contract from 01.11.25 until 31.08.26
