About the Accommodation
Hi! I’m M., and I’m renting out a furnished room in my semi-detached house on Oude Rijnsburgerweg in Oegstgeest, close to Leiden.
The house is in a prime location:
•	4 minutes by bike to the Bio Science Park
•	8 minutes to Leiden Central Station
•	12 minutes to Leiden University
•	15 minutes to Leiden city centre
The room is approximately 15 m², fully furnished, and part of a spacious home with a large kitchen, living room, bathroom, garden, and driveway (parking space). You will share these common areas with me.
The rent is €2000 per month all-inclusive, covering gas, water, electricity, internet, and furniture.
This is hosted accommodation, meaning I also live in the house. The room is available immediately, and the rental period is temporary but can be extended if it works out well.
About Me
I work as an Executive Assistant at the Bio Science Park. In my free time, I’m an avid runner, often cycle on my road bike, and enjoy cooking with friends on weekends. At home, I am quiet, sporty, and tidy.
I am looking for a responsible expat (m/f) who also values keeping the house clean and peaceful.
