About the place

Hey! I’m Ivar, a Master’s student in Artificial Intelligence at Leiden University, currently working on my thesis. I spent two great years rowing at Njord, and these days you’ll mostly find me on the tennis court or at the gym. 

The apartment is located at Deutzstraat in Oegstgeest, right on the edge of Leiden. It’s a quick 8-minute bike ride to Leiden Central Station, 10 minutes to the city center, and 7 minutes to the Faculty of Science.

The room is about 9 m², and you’ll share the living room, kitchen, bathroom, and washing machine with me. Rent is €700 per month (all-in). It’s hospita-style renting, so there’s a 9-month trial period.

I’m looking for a male housemate (end of bachelor’s, master’s student, or recently started working) who enjoys a quiet and friendly home, and is up for a weekly dinner or house evening.
