Are you a female student or young professional looking for a comfortable studio? This space is perfect for you! The studio is part of a large house and offers everything you need for a cozy living environment.

The Space: It’s a spacious, bright room with living area + kitchen (22m²). The room is 6.30 meters long and 3.50 meters wide.

Kitchen: The kitchen features a 2-burner induction, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a new washing machine (which will be installed soon). Everything you need for cooking and doing laundry is available.

Bathroom: The bathroom is 4.5 m² and includes a nice shower, sink, and toilet. The bathroom is shared with our daughter.

The studio is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, with excellent public transport connections (train + bus) and shops such as Jumbo, Kruidvat, Action, and the bakery within walking distance.
Maastricht: 30 minutes (by train)
Heerlen: 10 minutes (by train)

The space is ideal for someone looking for their own place within a friendly house, offering plenty of privacy while still living in a homey environment. You can expect a calm and friendly atmosphere, where we value respect for each other's privacy and space.
