About the place

Hello everyone, I am moving out soon to another city because of my studies. Therefore, a room is available around mid-September or the end of September. 

Some ideal preferences from the landlord:
Age: 26+
Occupation: Full-time professionals, Master's/Ph.D. students 
(WE DO NOT ACCEPT BACHELOR's STUDENTS) 
LGBTQ+ Friendly house! Super Welcome!

The room is 700 euros/month, all included. You will share the entire house with two other roommates.
