About the place

Dear ladies looking for a room,
From March 15, 2025, a room will become available in our house for an indefinite period. It is a beautiful sunny room of approximately 10-12m2 gross on the pleasant shopping street Willemsweg Nijmegen. 
It is very centrally located (15 minutes by bike to the city center, University and Central Station). The house has six rooms, two kitchens, two toilets and a terrace. The building has been renovated and all rooms are double glazed. There is already a parquet floor and washing machine and vacuum cleaner for general use. 
Room looks fine. The loft bed is part of the room.

The rent is a total of €470,- incl. GWE and service costs. 

We are looking for a pleasant student girl aged 18 -23, who will make the house complete and cozy. If you think you would be a nice addition to our house, please send us a response with some nice information about yourself (who you are, age, where and what you study/work, where you live now, hobbies, what you are like as a person, etc).
Who knows, you might be invited to our viewing afternoon this week.
