You will move into a very spacious room with characteristic windows in a house that you share with three other residents. 
The basic rent is 570 euros plus the service costs 95 euros (including GWE), making a total of 665 euros. 

You share a kitchen, bathroom, and a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. 

You are responsible for cleaning the common areas together (in the form of your own chores).
