About the place

I have a nice room for rent in the Veldstraat, Nijmegen, 12m2.

These are available for rent from 1st February 2025.

The house has been renovated and the walls are newly painted. The house is near the university (5 min on foot) in a quiet neighborhood.

We have a large garden, and the AH XL is nearby (1 min on foot). It is, therefore, a very practical place for students at HAN and RU.

We also have good coffee, a barbeque, a garden shed (where you can host guests in vacation time), and a mini-gym in the garage that you can use.

I graduated with a PhD at Radboud UMC; I travel a lot and would like to be a friend with my tenants. I prefer to live with people who are friendly and calm.

The room is offered indefinitely; international students are welcome to join us!
