Perfect place to rent out for the winter semester!

A studio with double bed available 1st November to 31st January, for 750 EUR all inclusive per month.

I have a nice studio at the attic for rent in the Veldstraat, Nijmegen, 16m2 + small kitchen corner + private shower.

The house is near the university (5 min on foot) in a quiet neighborhood.

We have a large garden and the AH XL is nearby (1 min on foot). 

It is, therefore, a highly convenient choice for visitors of RU, RUMC, and HAN, as well as students and employees looking for a place in Nijmegen.

We also have a barbecue, a garden shed (where one can host guests in summer time), and a mini-gym in the garage.

In search for visitors who are friendly and calm.

International students are welcome!
