About the place

Nice room in a very quite, green street.
Just few minutes walking to train station and shopping mall Dukenburg.

Basic furniture, fooring, curtains provided.

Important: house is and needs to remain clean and hygienic. All housemates help together to keep it clean and maintained accordingly. 

Besides the room you can use gardens, kitchen, toilet and bathroom at anytime. House is fully equipped e.g. kitchen has everything available.

Basic rent is EUR 580.
On top of rent: service charges are EUR 160 (this is for gas-electric-water-taxes-service-taxes - 1 Gb internet etc.).

PS. We will select first and foremost on cleanliness and who does not mind ride max half an hour by bicycle or public transport to the uni or HAN, as we do not live in city center (that is why it is quite here and green).
