About the place

In our monumental building a double room for 1 person is available: one room is 2.5 x 3.0 m at the front, the other at the back 13 m2, together 20 m2.
The rooms have been renovated and tastefully painted (in the original colours of 1900 that were there once). There are special mirrors and a carpet, but otherwise with modern lighting and some furniture from Ikea.
The room has its own sink, an intercom, internet and TV connection. You have 4 fellow residents who are studying or have just started working. The shared kitchen is very comfortable and is located on a very spacious balcony that is furnished as a living terrace with two sitting areas and an electric outdoor BBQ, outdoor twilight lamps, a herb box and birch tree.
The toilet and shower/toilet have recently been renovated. Washing machine, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and oven are also shared.
We keep the house very clean with a strict cleaning schedule. We mainly go our own way, but when we see each other in the kitchen we often have a chat, drink tea together or sometimes eat together. So we are looking for a spontaneous and sociable person, who also leads her own life.

The front room in Veronese green is located on the 1st floor on the sunny side, the back room in deep blue is located on the cooler 2nd floor, with a view of the garden. In consultation, the room was partially furnished. The rooms have antique chandeliers and an old boudoir wall mirror, against which a modern interior looks good. The ceiling spotlights can be dimmed independently of each other for an atmosphere of your own choice.

Preference is given to a female housemate (22-24 years old) who is already a bit further in her studies or is working. Someone who also feels at home in the historical style (because painting over is not possible!). So are you calm, tidy, do you have no pets, do you not smoke and do you see yourself living with us?
