As of April 1st, a beautiful room of approx. 23m2 with a private kitchen will be available for rent. Multiple showers and toilets, as well as a washing machine and a large shared backyard.
PLEASE NOTE:
Because this is a temporary rental contract for the duration of 2 years, we are looking for a tenant who is a student and is not yet registered with the municipality of Nijmegen. Only then can you qualify for this room.
