Dear ladies looking for a room (preference internationals), From December 1, 2024, a room will become available in our cozy house in Meijhorst. It is a large house and consists of 3 bedrooms and a large living room, where each resident has their own bedroom with shared use of the luxury kitchen, beautiful bathroom, 2 toilets and large garden. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary equipment such as refrigerator, oven, extractor hood, microwave, hob and dishwasher. There is a communal washing/drying machine and vacuum cleaner.  The house looks clean and tidy! 

The house is located in the Meijhorst Nijmegen district. It is a quiet neighborhood and centrally located (15 minutes by bike to University/HBO and CWZ, Radboud hospital). Opposite this house is the Meijhorst shopping center and the Dukenburg shopping center is a 5-minute bike ride away. There is also parking in front of the door and the connection to public transport is good. Net rent is €595, service costs €95, GWE is €150, so a total of €840,-. Rent allowance is not possible, so you must have sufficient income to pay the rent without housing allowance! 

We are looking for a pleasant student or working girl who will make the house complete again.
