About the place

The room is 11 squared meters large. It already has a bed (without mattress), a desk, and a closet with a lot of space.

Furthermore, there is a shared bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The toilet is in a different room. The living/dining room is a shared room with couches and a TV. The kitchen is a shared room with a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, and dryer. There is also a (very small) balcony aimed at the south.

The apartment is located very close to a large supermarket. The train/busstation is a 10 minute walk. The city centre is a 5 minute bike ride, or a 15 minute walk. The university is a 15 minute bike ride.

There are currently 2 male students living there, aged 20 and 28.
