Room in Nijmegen in large living house with shared shower / toilet / kitchen / livingroom. Big garden, drive-in and view on a park closeby. Quiet neighbourhood, supermarket and bus on walking distance. No student house, I live with 2 childeren 10y boy and 11y girl, which are currently not often around. Room has a beamer and dolby 5.1. Since the kitchen and living are shared, the person should not object to a have diner togheter once and then. The shower, toilet and wasmachine are shared. A good (friendly) click between family and renter is important.
