About the place

Hello roomseekers (23+, women only, internationals and dutch welcome), We’re three girls living in a cosy house in Nijmegen and are looking for a new housemate to join us until June 30th 2026. Two of us are currently doing our Master’s, and one is already working full-time. We’re all quite independent and have our own schedules. Still, we enjoy spending time together whenever possible, whether it’s having dinner, chatting in the kitchen, or relaxing in the garden (yes, we have a nice garden ;)) after a long day. The room is about 13m², comes unfurnished, and it will be available immediately. The monthly rent will be €395 (including utilities). We share a kitchen with a small dining area, a bathroom and 2 toilets. We’re looking for someone who’s 23 years or older, ideally in a similar phase of life (studying for a Master’s or already working). We appreciate a friendly atmosphere at home, where everyone feels comfortable, respects each other’s space, and keeps shared areas clean. Our house is 5 min away from Radboud and 15 min away from the city center by bike. There are also 2 bus stops close to the house. We’re not a party house (though we do have parties from time to time), but we do enjoy shared moments like cooking together or catching up in the evening.
