The house has a modern kitchen. The room has been renovated some time ago. The house has 2 showers and 2 toilets. The room is semi-furnished, has fire prevention systems (fire detectors and fire resistant doors) and has a watertap with cupboards. There is also a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a dish washer for shared use. Front and backyard (100m2) are available for shared use. The prices for rental include gas, electricity, water, internet, cable TV and service (1x p. week cleaning of communal areas, municipal taxes, home maintenance, the equipment and room maintenance). Tenants can officially register with the municipality (our accommodation has been recognized by the municipality of Nijmegen).
