About the place

We are looking for a new housemate in our beautiful old house (dating from 1898) located only 5 mins away from the city centre. The room will be available from 1 January. It is located on the ground floor (5.27 by 3.96 m) has a high ceiling with a vide (2 by 4 m), and an extension (2.5 by 2.9 m) which gives access to the backyard. The room includes a sink and two large built-in closets (+ two small ones). Apart from the room, the rent also includes access to a private storage space in the basement (5 m2). Furthermore, there's a spacious garden. The house is shared with 5 other housemates, with whom you share a shower (there's one for all of us), a kitchen (shared with 3 others), and a bathroom (shared with a male person). We also share an internet connection (fibre glass) and a washing machine (not included in the rent). Our landlord requests a 1000 euro deposit.

Because all of us work, we are looking for someone who fits that life style (working and 25 years or older). If you are the sociable, responsible person (with an interest in gardening or something else) we would like to welcome to the house, then please leave a message to tell us more about yourself. We will soon let you know if you are invited to our 'kijkavond'. Note that we are specifically looking for a new male housemate (as one of the two men currently living here is leaving).
