About the place

We are looking for two new housemates in our beautiful old house (dating from 1898) located only 5 mins away from the city centre (see advertisement B for the other room, which should be online soon). The rooms will be available from 1 February. This room (21 m2) is on the ground floor, has a high ceiling, two large windows (single glazing), original stained glass sliding doors, and two built-in closets. The room does not include a sink, but this can be found on the same floor in the kitchen or bathroom. Apart from the room, the rent also includes access to private storage space in the basement (5 m2). Furthermore, the kitchen gives access to a spacious garden. The house is shared with 5 other housemates, with whom you share a shower (there's one for all of us), a kitchen (shared with 3 others), and a bathroom (shared with 1 other person). We also share an internet connection (fibre glass) and a washing machine (not included in the rent). Our landlord requests a 1000 euro deposit.

Because all of us work, we are looking for someone who fits that life style (working). If you are the sociable, responsible person (with an interest in cycling, cooking, gardening or something else) we would like to welcome to the house, then please leave a message to tell us more about yourself.
