Tenant profile: (working) student / PhD candidate aged 20-26 years

In this house we are looking for one person who wants to live as a second resident in this shared rental house. House on the Graafse Ringweg. 

Centrally located near the station, shops, parks and other facilities, within cycling distance of the city center. Near the hospitals and universities which are easily accessible. Parking of car is possible. Peace in the neighborhood must be preserved, no unbridled influx of friends and acquaintances, everything must be right. 

We are hereby looking for a second resident in addition to the resident who already rents who of course has his own bedroom (three rooms that lend themselves to sleeping quarters, surface respectively 13.1 m2, 11.25 m2 and 18.5 m2 (attic) and a shared living space and other space sharing a total of approximately 76 m2.

Basic rent is 795 euros per month for each resident. G/W/E, water and internet are expressly not included and tenants must take care of this together. The building does have solar panels. 
There are also additional costs per person: service costs (75 euros per person per month). 

House layout: 
Basement: separated laundry room with new washing machine and condenser dryer and freezer. 
Ground floor: hall with access to the basement, toilet with hanging closet, communal kitchen and living area of almost 25 m2 at the front and rear with a kind of en-suite room with sliding doors to the spacious backyard. 
First floor: hall, two mentioned rooms and bathroom of 5 m2. 
The second floor is the attic. 
Being able and willing to clean well is a plus. 

Being able to consult each other well and the will to live in a house together is a silent requirement. 
We are expressly looking for one quiet resident (no more).

We would also like to see good intentions with regard to cleaning and compliance with household rules, etc.
