About the place

The room is equipped with a bed, a desk with a chair, a wardrobe and its own refrigerator. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, a microwave and an oven. There is a washing machine. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with 1 other tenant. There is Wi-Fi in the room. Please note that this is not a student house, but a homestay on the top floor. Therefore, only calm, clean, orderly tenants should respond. Available from 01 July 2025. Minimum 1 year hospita contract.
