The rooms are located in a beautiful 1930s house, ideally situated in the highly popular Nijmegen-Oost district, close to the university, the city center, and all key amenities. It is a mid-terrace house featuring a large, sunny back garden and a small front garden.
The ground floor houses a spacious kitchen (9 m²), a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a separate toilet.
The living room (approx. 20 m²) is also available for shared use.

Room 0.1 – located on the ground floor, approx. 20 m², total rent: €690 per month
There are 2 rooms on the first floor:
Room 1.1 – approx. 10 m², total rent: €650 per month
Room 1.2 – approx. 8 m², total rent: €600 per month

The kitchen includes a shared refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

As these rooms are available for temporary rent, you are only eligible if you are a student and not yet registered with the Municipality of Nijmegen.
