Private entrance (no separate house number), shared kitchen, shared bathroom/toilet. High-ceilinged space with loft bed, upholstered (carpeting, curtains, aircon) and furnished (wardrobe, 2p couch, desk, 2 chairs, storage unit, loft bed with a good, recent mattress and washable topper) and airco. 
Compact kitchen with refrigerator, combined oven/ microwave, induction cooking plate, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. Neat bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet. Total 20 m². Bed with good matras.

Very close to the university (1km), forest (200m), bus stop (300m), and supermarket (800m), Heyendaal train station at 1.5km, city center at 3km.

Rent: 575 Euros (including gas, water, electricity, and internet). Available from September 15th.
Optional for 25 euros extra per month: bedding (duvet, pillows, and bedlinen), and towels.

You will share the kitchen and bathroom with another female student (24).

Profile: quiet, non-smoking female student. Please note that this is not a student house, but an extension to our own home, in a quiet residential area. Therefore: only for a quiet, serious student who is not (or no longer) fully immersed in the social student life. 
Minimum second-year student, minimum age 20.

The studio is only suitable for 1 person!
