About the place

Hi Room Seeking Girls,
In our student house with 5 other girls, a room will be available starting October 1st.
We're all in our early 20s and working on our Bachelor's or Master's degrees. We're looking for someone who's a good fit. We'd love to spend a weekend together every now and then, enjoying dinner and wine! We have an open-door policy and pop in every day for a chat.
The room is approximately 16 square meters and costs €1000 excluding VAT per month. We share a kitchen and bathroom. We're located in vibrant Nijmegen East, a truly perfect location. It's a 5-minute bike ride to the city center, 15 minutes to the university/HAN, and 10 minutes to the train station. Just down the street are Appie, Gall & Gall, and Kruidvat, as well as several other shops within walking distance.
The address is Daalseweg Nijmegen. The viewing evening is on August 29th, so please only apply if you can make it. You'll hear the same evening whether you're available, as rent starts on September 1st!
