About the place

My room is available for rent immediately.
I will be living with my girlfriend for three months to see how that goes.
If it works out, you may be able to stay longer.
Starting in May, my cousin and her boyfriend will also be moving into the house. She is 22 years old and working, and he is still studying.
The house is a 1930s corner house that I have recently done a lot of work on. You will share the living room, kitchen, and bathroom.
There is a large garden that occasionally needs mowing and watering.
