About the place

I am looking for a housemate (f) who wants to share an apartment on the Bijleveldsingel. The apartment is located on the top floor and together we share a kitchen, a bathroom, a toilet and a common room. The room in question is approximately 18m2 and the rent is 707.50 euros. There is also a deposit of 707.50 euros. The landlord will give a contract for a fixed period (maximum 2.5 years).
 
I am looking for a quiet person between 29 and 40 years old, who, like me, enjoys living in a clean house. 😊

Something about me:
I am 35 years old, work as an art therapist and I also enjoy sports, regularly meet up with friends and I really relax when I am creative or see a good film.
