About the place

I am Joey (44 years old), live in a house on the Berg en Dalseweg in the popular district in Nijmegen East and rent out 2 rooms (living room and bedroom) on the 2nd floor that are available from July 1, 2025. The 1st floor is rented to Jerzey (55 years old).

The living room has a sofa, television etc. The surface area is 17m2 (taking into account the sloping roof, the number of m2 is counted from 150 cm).

The bedroom has a bed and wardrobes etc. The surface area is 10 m2 (taking into account the sloping roof, the number of m2 is counted from 150 cm).
A total of 38m2

On this floor is also the kitchen for the tenant. Everything is present in the kitchen and has its own fridge with freezer compartment. 

On the first floor is the bathroom with bath and shower, and the toilet (separate from the bathroom). You share this with me and the other tenant.

No one else uses the room and you can lock it with a key.

The living space is available immediately.
