Isolated attic room (14m²) on the second floor of a nice house. The room is well-isolated and will get additional heating installations. The place is Neerbosch-Oost, in direct vicinity of Lidl, a bus stop and Nijmegen Goeffert train station. There is a shed for storing bicycles. There is also large garden that can be used. The two guys living in the house are diligent, down-to-earth persons working for the most of the day. We are looking for somebody who will be a good match for that. The languages spoken in the house are Bosnian/Croatian/Serbian. The person must be tidy. There are no house parties allowed. In general, we are flexible within reasonable terms
