About the place

Room in a house in Nieuwveen, available for rent for 9 months. Viewings on October 11th and 12th from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM.

The room is located in the attic and features ample built-in closet space and drawers. A single bed and mattress are provided, as well as a small refrigerator.

The other bedroom (also available for rent) is across the hallway; these rooms are separated by a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

The house also features a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and bathtub, a second toilet downstairs, and a large garden. There is a small study that also serves as a guest room. You are welcome to use this room for studying or to host a friend or family member (occasionally and in consultation with the other tenant).

The area is very quiet and green. Nieuwveen is difficult to reach by public transport.

The room rate includes gas, water, electricity, kitchen appliances, washing machine and dryer, taxes, waste disposal, and Wi-Fi. Parking is free in front of the house. Registration is possible.
