About the place

Good day.

I hereby offer my furnished attic room for rental. The room is located on the 2nd floor. The bright room is approximately 7 by 3 meters with a single or double bed, you can choose whether you want to use it as a single or double bed, 3 door wardrobe, desk with office chair, dresser and 3 narrow cupboards. On both sides there is a roof rack with blackout roller blinds with a beautiful view over the park in front of the door. From here there is a direct bus and tram connection to Utrecht Central Station and the universities. But of course you could also easily go by bike. 

The house is located in a quiet spot on the edge of Nieuwegein, close to Utrecht. All amenities can be reached within a few minutes by foot or by bike. But the bus and tram are also nearby. 



The three of us now live here, my children and I, a 12-year-old daughter, an 11-year-old son and their mother, so me.

We are a quiet and tidy family, without pets, without smoking or drinking. We love playing games, going outside for a walk, cycling or playing a sports game. I am in a late relationship myself. My friend has his own place 20 km here today. I also stay there occasionally. The children also visit their father occasionally. 


The current tenant has been with us for 3 years and is unfortunately going to study in Amsterdam. She is now looking for a room in Amsterdam. That is why the room becomes available again after 3 years. 

We are looking for a female student who gets along well with children. Who doesn't smoke or use drugs.
