Heating through central heating system in the whole house. 
Internet access through wifi or cable connection.

Our house is situated in a peaceful area, at a five minute walk from the city center, the main shopping center and the regional bus and tram station. Good and frequent connection to Utrecht Center amd Science Park.

Considering our familymembers, our preference is for a girl.
