Welcome to the beautiful town of Houten! We have a spacious, furnished room of 15m2 available on the first floor of our house. With three generous windows, this room offers breathtaking views of the surroundings.

Our house is a haven of comfort and convenience, featuring a luxurious bathroom complete with a Grohe rain shower, a refrigerator with freezer, a brand-new Bosch washing machine, a cozy garden with a lounge set, and ample storage space. All of these amenities are shared with three friendly female students aged between 20 and 24 years old.

The room will be delivered fully furnished, including new laminate flooring, freshly painted walls, a comfortable Ikea Malm bed, and a spacious Brimnes wardrobe.

The cost is €610 per month, excluding costs of gas, water, electricity, municipal taxes, and service charges.

We warmly welcome a tidy and quiet individual who respects our house rules and ensures no disturbance to our neighbors. Our house is situated in a peaceful residential area where respect for the environment is highly valued.

The location of the house is ideal, with Houten's town center and the universities and colleges of Utrecht easily accessible by bike or public transport. Utrecht's city center is only a 12-minute train ride away.

In our house, you'll share the kitchen, equipped with a 4-burner stove, oven, and refrigerator, with the other residents. The bathroom is also shared, but with the luxurious amenities, it feels like your own private spa!
