About the place

The house is in a quiet district and offers a serious working/studying environment. The household is smoke-free, alcohol-free, no drugs and is equipped with good wifi, kitchen and bathroom. The atmosphere is family-like with regular cooking and dinners together. Each room has a smoke-detector, turn-tilt window for airing with a summer/winter mode, insect screen and pleated shades with top-down and bottom-up control of light. This room is located on the second floor and shares a bathroom with shower, toilet and basin on the 1st floor, on the ground floor a 2nd toilet is available.  Applicants must be willing to socialise with my 17 yo daughter (an only child, trilingual Dutch, Spanish, English). The living room, dining room, bathroom, and kitchen are available for general use, the Wifi has a max. speed of 200 Mbs.  The house is located in Nieuwegein, a city with 64000 inhabitants next to Utrecht in the district Fokkesteeg-Zuid. Its insulation was upgraded in 2022 to make heating affordable in wintertime.
With a 4 min. walk a busstop allows you to use busline 202 taking you in 26" to science park Utrecht. By bike the 13 km takes approx. 43". To Utrecht city center there is also a tram, it also continues to Science Park, but with 51' this takes the longest.

co-optation by current tenants, daughter and father are next steps.
