About the place

You rent 2 rooms in the attic which consist of a sleeping area and living room space. The rooms are furnished with curtains, roomy bed (1.20 by 2.00 m), tables, drawer and a couch. There is fast internet, wired and wifi. You have a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker and water container for your own use. In the attic there is common ground next to the staircase, because we use the washing machine and drying racks together. Cooking and showering are done on the other floors. Both cooking and using the washing and shower room must, in consultation, as each shared space requires. That has never caused any problem in the many years we rent the attic. The house is 7 minutes from shops and the terminal of the tram connection with Utrecht. Many buses to Utrecht and Zeist also stop nearby. For the rent we require signing of a contract.
