About the place

Two rooms, of which one room is accessible from the other via foldout stairs. The house is less than 10 minutes walk to a tram stop from which you reach Utrecht Central Station in 25 minutes. A direct bus to Utrecht University Science Park is also available in the morning and evening. It is possible to cycle to the centre of Utrecht in 30 mins or to the university campus in 30-40 mins. There is room for a bicycle in our shed. 

A supermarket is 5 minutes walk away. 

We prefer renting the room out for a semester or whole academic year.
