About the place

Dear prospective tenant,

I hereby offer a 15m² room in our house in the center of Nieuw-Vennep! So, not in Amsterdam ;)
Super centrally located, with an express bus/train connection to Leiden and Schiphol/Amsterdam within a 10-minute walk.

My name is Dennis, I'm 47 years old, and I have a 13-year-old daughter, who stays with me for long weekends alternately, alternating with one day during the week due to a divorce.

Our Bushion Frusee doggie, Frosty, also comes along sometimes.
It's very important that we all have a good connection.
We all have our own lives, but we'll still spend time together.
My daughter prefers a woman between 22 and 45 years old, who is therefore independent and doesn't mind teenage dogs ;)
This is simply a preference, not a requirement.

We prefer stability and would therefore like to rent the room for a year, but for a minimum of 6 months. Registration is possible, but only after a one-month trial period.
