The room will be rented for the specified period with an option to extend. Am a single parent with a child of 4 years (quiet child), I prefer to rent out to a female. The room is explicitly for someone who is not a smoker. The house has a spacious garden. Is quietly located and there are supermarkets and other amenities nearby within walking distance. Also five minutes by bike from the beach. My preference is for a social, calm person. Nice if you have an affinity for culture (painting, drawing, music instrument or sports). Regards,
