About the place

The house is located on Zeepziedersdreef in Maastricht. It is relatively centrally located in a quiet residential area. The city centre is easy to reach by bike and a shopping centre is located nearby. It is a large house in which four people can live together, already three students have moved in. The photos are of the room (on the second floor) that has become vacant and of the common area such as the bathroom, living room, garden and laundry room. The house is equipped with furniture such as washing machine, television, dishwasher. 

The room in the house is available from 1 june 2024 for a minimum of 1 year. The rent for the room amounts to 525 euros excl G/W/E
