For rent: bright, unfurnished room in a quiet and well-maintained student house, located in a pleasant residential area just 5 minutes by bike from the city centre of Maastricht. The room is spacious, filled with natural light, and ideal for students looking for a comfortable and friendly living environment. You will share the recently renovated and fully equipped kitchen (including oven, stove, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher) with six other students.

There is a bus stop right in front of the house, offering a direct connection to the train station in just 10 minutes. A shopping centre with a supermarket, pharmacy, and other useful stores is only a 10-minute walk away. Several sports facilities and green spaces can also be found nearby, perfect for relaxing after studying.

The house offers excellent comfort with three fully equipped bathrooms, three separate toilets, a cozy courtyard where you can sit outside in the summer, covered bicycle storage, a washing machine and dryer for shared use, and a parking space right next to the house. A total of seven students live in the house: four girls and two boys. The atmosphere is social but calm, with mutual respect for personal space and study time. The monthly rent is all-inclusive (including gas, water, electricity, and internet).
