About the place

Spacious modern 44m2 studio fully furnished, located in Krijstraat, VROENHOVEN in Belgium, just across the border of Maastricht. The studio/appartement has recently been renovated, there is plenty of light and it is indicated to someone who wishes for a safe and peaceful environment to relax or to study. 
We offer long term stay for professionals and teaching staff. We are looking for a girl and it is only for one single person. 
Due to its location in nature and the choice of tenants, this studio is particularly suitable for those who love peace and quiet.
The walls are tightly finished and new painted, the bathroom is fully tiled and has a shower, sink, toilet and a washing machine. The kitchen has electric cooking plates, sink, kitchen counter, kitchen closet, ventilation, fridge, oven. An open staircase brings you to the bedroom and a spacious bathroom. Everything you need is furnished, included sheets and bath towels, iron and board. 
There is a nice garden with a view of the fields, for common use. 
The studio is located in Krijtstraat in Vroenhoven. 
The distance to Maastricht city center is 4 Km and it is 10 minutes by bike. There is also a bus connection a few meters from the house which runs to Maastricht.

The rent indicated includes heating (gas), internet, the use of the washing machine and the furniture. 
The personal use of water and electricity is not included, but counted by consumption. 
In this apartment it is not possible to get a permanent residence, but only a registration to the municipality of Riemst (BE).
