About the place

Dear room-seeking (future) male student,
As of July 1st, a room will become available in our cozy house on Keizer Arnulfstraat. The room is 8 square meters, has a large window, and a private sink. The rent is €550 per month, including gas, water, and electricity. The deposit is €600.
The current tenant is offering his furniture—purchased new in August—for €500. This includes a bed with storage, a custom-made desk, and a wardrobe. An additional cabinet will also remain in the room.
You’ll be sharing the kitchen, toilet, bathroom, and our very spacious garden with three girls and one guy. We’re a close-knit household and enjoy cooking together, watching TV, and having barbecues. Our house is mixed, with both bachelor’s and master’s students, all involved in student life in different ways.
It’s about a 10-minute bike ride to FHML and around 15 minutes to the city center. There’s an Albert Heijn and Jumbo just around the corner, and the nearest bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk away.
