Hello everyone,

This beautiful studio will be available from 07/02/25 for a student who would like to live in a quiet place close to Maastricht.

Our studio is located in a building with 2 other studios. All living facilities are completely private, so you don't share any spaces.

The studio is located on Bilzerbaan in Veldwezelt. Distance to Maastricht city center:

10 minutes (by bike)
5 minutes (by car)
12 minutes (by public transport)

Costs: 
All fixed costs (electricity, water, and heating) are included in the rent price (780).

Parking: 
There is parking available in front of the building for a car, and inside there is space for a bike. Both the car parking and bike storage are free of charge.
