About the place

I´m subletting my room in most beautiful chill neigbourhood of Maastricht, St. Pieters and Im looking for a Student (either a girl/boy) who can move in beginning of May or around the 12th May. Its possible to register after 1 month and when my contract will be taken over by the future tenant to be. 

The house is chill and everyone is friendly & international. I will be leaving all my purchased furniture (Bed, bedframe, mattress, clothing rack, cabinets) with an extra payment of 150 euros. The rent all in is 352 euros.Please contact if serious and interested to take a view :)
