About the place

There are a very limited number of rooms available for master's students in the centre of Maastricht, just a few minutes' walk from the university faculties. Given the current composition of the residents, we give preference to German or Scandinavian master's students. The rental period is 1 year (!) and exclusively for master's students. 
The recently renovated rooms/studios are equipped with their own kitchen, upholstered and fully furnished. Washing machines and fast fibre optic internet are available. The rental prices do not include costs such as energy, etc.
